工作职责Job Description:

The Business Development Manager – Infrared Thermography Market should have large experience for developing the Thermography market by approaching and building a solid relationships with both Distributors and End Users.

The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are:

  • Great business sense
  • Deep understanding of the Infrared thermography market
  • Massive customer resource regarding infrared thermography market in German
  • Great communication skills

The company therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:

  • Develop infrared thermography market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
  • Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
  • Presentation of the solution to potential customers
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
  • Assist consultants to specify projects
  • Position company as the preferred product for consultants.
  • Prepare reports required by the management.

岗位要求Requirements:

•Experience in the infrared thermography market.
•Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
•Being open-minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
•Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
•Strong communication skills in English and local language, both oral and written.
•Solid in Outlook and related products.
•Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
